Hot Yoga

I saw an advertisement the other day on a post, it was promoting "HOT YOGA". I was wondering what exactly "HOT YOGA" was, until yesterday when a large banner on the next building.

It explains is that the Yoga class is held at a temperature of 38 deg C, or 100 deg F, the humidity is held at 60%, and they provide fresh Oxygen! And the official name? "THE HOT YOGA". Not for me, thanks.

Hot Yoga is the latest thing! It makes you sweat, removing toxins & purifying the body. The heat helps with flexibility too. You should try it. Wish they had it around here. Of course, around here you can get the same effect by just doing yoga outside!

it is quite common, i think. i know a yoga studio in b'ham i went to a couple times offered it - i was sweating enough at the normal class, though, which was about 80 degrees!

I'm curious about the "fresh oxygen". Does each person get their own bottle of O2?

Maybe something like the O2 bar in a bottle. You've got one in H'ville at the Mall I think. I tried one in Las Vegas one time. It was pretty neat. But you didn't have to do the Hot Yoga first!
